Interactive Transportation Industry CAREER FAIR Expo

Imagine a single event that brings together all of the players in the Transportation Industry major, intermediate, and minor carriers of all kinds of freight; current and prospective drivers, Service Techs and support staff to participate in a process that serves the needs of all with unprecedented dispatch.  J.G. Enterprises imagined just such an event, and now is shepherding its plans for the Great InteractiveTransportation Industry Job Expo.

From concept to reality.
For three days J.G. Enterprises will offer at a single location the complete process of placing individuals that are in or are looking to get in to the Transportation Industry: in Dallas, TX.  Those interested in securing employment, once they have completed the free registration either in person or via the Internet, will be able to choose among jobs offered by companies that have something to do with Transportation, and then go through the complete hiring process, including a pre-employment medical examination and drug- and alcohol-testing that will produce results acceptable to all of the prospective employers, without ever leaving the site.

Just in case the participants get hungry or bored, Food venders will be on site provided low cost food and drinks, along with, interactive events that participants can win prizes.  Some venders will have give a way?s. We will also offered Transportation via shuttle buses running between the I-Expo site and nearby truck stops and carrier?s terminals.

J.G. Enterprises seeks $150,000 initially from one or more lending institutions, for start-up costs.  Funds from then will be generated through a marketing effort targeting major employers in the Transportation industry.  We believe that such major employers will readily pay $1,200.00 $10,000.00 for the opportunity to get the media exposure and to hire 10 or more drivers, Shop Tech?s and support staff since such employers typically pay substantially more than $1,000 to recruit, screen, and hire a single driver, shopTech and support staff.  Once critical mass is reached, the initial loan(s) can be repaid, and the marketing effort will be broadened to target smaller employers, as well, with sponsorship fees based on the size of the employer.

The key factor in attracting sponsors and vendors will be the prospective benefits from exposure to a very large, on-site pool of qualified applicants and other individuals with interests in the Transportation industry and with significant purchasing power.   An intensive advertising campaign will be waged locally and in appropriate media serving the Transportation industry.  Companies that have recently ?down-sized? will be made aware of the I-Expo and encouraged to incorporate it in their ?out-placement efforts.
J.G. Enterprises plans to offer also a contribution to local charities that serve the unemployed: 10% percent of its net, pre-tax profit from this project.  Also, participants will be encouraged to make donations during their visit to the I-Expo.   Results of J.G. Enterprises preliminary economic analysis follow.
